Agenda: Bill 81 -15 — Amending the zoning at 5603 Nimtz Parkway
Oliver Davis, Chairman of the Zoning & Annexation Committee called the hearing to order with
one bill up for consideration.
Bill 81 -15 was submitted to amend the zoning ordinance for 5603 Nimtz Parkway and Maraue
Court.
Oliver Davis reported that he received an email reporting the petitioner wished for Bill 81 -15 to
be continued to 1- 25 -16. Gavin Ferlic made a motion to continue Bill 81 -15 to the Zoning and
Annexation Committee on 1- 25 -16. Regina Williams Preston offered a second which all
supported.
Oliver Davis adjourned the meeting at 3:32 p.m.
