1 Section 1. BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
�. of South Bend.,Indiana, that'Section 16 of Ordinance No. 2331, of
i ; the ordinances of the City of South Bend., Indiana, adopted June
4t- 25, 1925, be and the same is hereby amendet to read as follows:
