A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $109 ,000
FROM THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS , monies are needed in the General Fund for
street maintenance for the year 1983 , and appropriations were made
for this purpose in Ordinance Number 7094-83, coumionly known as the
1983 Budget ; and
WHEREAS, Indiana Code 6-7-1-31 . 1 authorizes the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, by Resolution to transfer
monies deposited in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the
General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I . That $109 ,000 be transferred from the
Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund of the City
of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION II . That this Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council
and approval by the Mayor.
