RE: SPECIAL MEETING FEBRUARY 16, 2009
Monday,
The South Bend Common Council has called a special meeting of the Council on
February 16, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.Century Center Recital Hall, 120 S. St.
to be held at the
Joseph Street, South Bend, Indiana,
for the sole purpose of hearing the Mayor’s Annual
Address.
The South Bend Common Council announces that Mayor Stephen Luecke will address the
Council pursuant to the provisions of South Bend Municipal Code §2-3.1 to give the Mayor’s
Annual Address to the Council. The Mayor is required to address the Council each year and
provide an overview of the City’s finances and the general condition of the City in this address.
Members of the public are cordially invited to attend this special meeting of the Council.
