AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO.2331
ADoPTEO JUNE 25th, 1923, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS "ZONING ORDINANCE" BY THE CHANGING
OF A CERTAIN DESCRIBED TRACT FROM "B"
RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND "A" HEIGHT AND
AREA DISTRICT TO "E" HEAVY INDUSTRIAL .
DISTRICT AND "F" HEIGHT AND AREA DISTRICT
AND SUBJECTING THE SAME TO THE PROVISIONS
i OF SECTIONS 7 AND 15 OF SAID ZONING
ORDINANCE.
' BE IT ORDAINi by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2331 adopted June
1 25th, 1923, and commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance"
be and the same is hereby amended to change all that certain
territory bounded on the North by West Dunham"Street, on
the South and Southeasterly side by the right-of-way of the
I * New Jersey, Indiana and Illinois Railroad, and on the West

by the first alley East of South olive Street, said territory
I being Lots Numbered 108, 109_,.,,_110, 111", 142, 143, 145, 146,
147, 148, 149, 150 and 151 in the Realty Construction Company' s
Second Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, from "B"
Residence District and "A" Height and Area District, to "E"
Heavy Industrial District and "F" Height and Area District,
and subjecting said territory to the provisions of Sections
7 and 15 of said Zoning Ordinance .
Section 2. All other provisions of 'said Zoning
Ordinance shall be and they are hereby continued- in full force
and effect.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and g effec�t_ frrom and after its pa-rage and legal publication.
