ORDINANCE NO. al 7/1,
A N ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NU ER 2331, BEING
A. W, D-:4J\ -L 1:ITH =TERENCE TO THE CHANGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1 . That ordinance number 2331 adapted June 25th,
1923, commonly '_mown as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows insofar as it applies to the
following described real estate located in the City of South Bend,
St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the South line of Madison.
Street at the East line of the alley West of Michigan
Street ; thence South on the East line of said alley to
the intersection with the East and West alley between
Madison Street and LaSalle Avenue; thence East on the •
North line of said alley and on this line prolonged to
the St. Joseph river; thence North Easterly along the
West line of said river to the South line of Madison
Street ; thence West to the South line of Madison Street
to the place of beginning,
be and the same is hereby changed from "F" Height and Area to
"G" Height end Area.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from,and ter its passage and legal publication.
