AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
. SECTION 1.
That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of June, 1923,
and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance , be and the same is
hereby amended as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point where the New York Central Rail-
road intersects with the center line of Ernsperger
Street, thence South on the center line of Ernsperger
' Street, to the center line of the first alley North
of Randolph Street, thence West on the center line of
said alley . to the center line of Sampson Street, thence
South to. the center line of Randolph Street, thence
west on the center line of Randolph Street, to the
East line of Lot #10 Robinson Second Addition, thence
North on the East line of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,
16 , 17 and 18 in said addition to the South line right-
of-way of the New York Central Railroad thence East on
the South line right-of-way of the New York Central
Railroad to the place of beginning.
1 • to be changed from "s" Residence District, ' "A" Height and Area
District to "E" Heavy Industrial District and "F" Height and
Area District. .
No other provision save and except as to the track herein
bounded and described shall be changed hereby.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and legal publication.
