ORDINANCE .N0.3 3324
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 931, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indilana:
Section 1.- That 'Ordinance #2331 adopted by the Common
Council of the -City of South Bend, Indiana on June 25, 1923
and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, bed and the
same is hereby' amended by adding Item No.10 to Section7,
to read as follows:
" Junk Yards, yards for wrecking automobiles,
collection /and storing of rags, paper,metals and sundry
reclaimed materials."
Section 2.- This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and legal publication.
