KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AFFECTING LOTS LETTERED "H" TO "0" INCLISIVE, WENGER AND KREIGH- BAUM' S VISTULA AVENUE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. • BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, State of Indiana: Section 1. — That Ordinance No. 2331, adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of June, 1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows& All that territory heretofore included within the "B" Residence District and described as follows; to—wit: Lots Lettered H to 0 Inclusive, Wenger and Kreighbaum' s Vistula Avenue Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence District to "C" Commercial District, and shall hereafter be sttbject to all regulations affecting the "0" Commercial District as defined in said Ordinance. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the aforesaid territory be changed from "A" Height and Area District to the "E" Height and Area District, and that the same shall hereafter be subject to all of the regulations of said Ordinance No. 2331 affecting the "E" Height and Area District. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and legal publication. • E Member •-- • i •
