AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331 COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION. 1.
That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted by the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the a,.5th ,
day oP Ju e, 123 be anc5 the same is hereby amended

That all property fronting on Lincoinway East,
beginning at the east line of Miami Street; thence southeasterly
on Lincoinway East to the east line of Marine Street, be and the
same is hereby changed from "A" Height and Area to "B" Height
and Area.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and legal publication.
