AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OP VEHICLES
ON FLORINS C IT IN T�ITY OF SOUTH BEND,

Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, that -
SECTION I.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any
vehicle on Florine Court in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION II.
Any person violating this Ordinance shall be fined
in a" sum not exceeding Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) t.nd o `
failure to pay such fine and costs he may -be impriseindti 1
the same are paid, but not in excess of Thirty (30) days.
SECTION III.
This Ordinance she'll be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and legal publication.
