ORDINANCE NO. 6
AN OP,DINANCE transferring the sum of
Five Hundred Dollars (0500.00) from the
fund known as T--5 (for groceries for
quarantined families) in the Department
of the Board of Health to T--2 (for the
repair of automobiles in said Department. ) .
SECTION I . Be it ordained by the Common •
Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars (0500.00) be, and the same is hereby,
transferred from the fund known as T--5 (for groceries for
quarantined families) in the Department of the Board of
Health to T--2 (for the repair of automobiles in said Depart-
ment) .
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
