An Ordinance ratifying a certain contract between
the City of South Bend, by and through its Board of
Public Works and the James B. Clow & Sons for the pur-
chase of Cast Iron Pipe. '
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1. That a certain contract executed on the
2nd day of March 1927, by and between the City of South
Bend, via through its Board of Public Works, for the
purchase Of fifteen hundred (1500) tens of 6" to 24"
Cast Iron Water Pipe, class "C", with the privilege of
inoreasing or decreasing the above requirements within I
a range of 30%, all as evidenced by a certain letter from
the James B. ,Clow & Sons, March ist, 1927, and a resolu-
tion accepting the offer contained; in the same letter
adopted March let, 1927, and that the same 9s hereby
ratified, confirmed and approved.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full forge
and effect from and after its passage.
