Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,. Indiana, that SECTION I . From .nd after April 1/4"; 1927 , the New York Central Railway Company, be , and the same is hereby, required to maintain a flagman, or watch- man, at the intersection of its right-o4'-way at South Walnut Street and West Division Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana, for and during the entire 24 hour period of each day. SECTION II. Any violation of the foregoing ordinance shall subject said Railway Company to a penalty of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each days i violation thereof s11� ll constitute a. separate and distinct �agesi a. e� az, SECTION III.
