HEARING - WA BOOCHER
The Hearing was recorded by Ms. Jane Hoffman, a court reporter from Midwest Reporting. Mr.
Walton moved for the exclusion of certain evidence. Upon a motion the Board recessed.
ADJOURNMENT
After a recess, Mr. Walton and Mr. Bodnar requested the Board allow the the opportunity to
settle this case in private, and if unable to come to a mutually agreeable resolution, to schedule a
further hearing before the Board. Therefore, Mr. Alford declared this hearing adjourned at 10:37
a.m.
