RESOLUTION NO. J(` a‘,N
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $100, 000 FROM THE CUMULA-
TIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
WHEREAS, monies are needed in the General Fund for street
maintenance for the year 1984 , and appropriations were made for
this purpose in Ordinance Number 7239-83 , commonly known as the
1984 Budget; and
WHEREAS, Indiana Code 6-7-1-31 . 1 authorizes the Common
Council of the City of South Bend, by Resolution to transfer monies
deposited in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the General
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I . That $100, 000 be transferred from the
Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund of the City
of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION II . That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council and
approval by the Mayor .
