The City of South Bend is supporting the Diversity Purchasing Ordinance to promote business with minority and women owned - businesses by actively including M /WBEs
in the Indiana required procurement processes of quoting and bidding. Many M /WBEs received awards or Purchase Orders as a result of their efforts. Below is a
summary of minority and women owned - businesses activity with the City during the 3rd Quarter of 2015. The M /WBEs listed below may also include businesses not
registered with the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA).
A Thank You and Congratulations to all the City Departments for supporting this program! Many of the Departments do not order supplies, equipment, and repairs on a

of M /WBE businesses that were involved in the procurement process for supplies, equipment and maintenance items during the months of July, August and September
