An Ordinance fixing the Annual Salaries of the City Officials of the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. SECTION 1. That the annual salaries for the various municipal City officials of the City of South Bend, State of Indiana, for the years 1928 and 1929, be, and the same are, hereby fixed to become .effective as of January 1st, 1928, as fol- lows, to-wit: ,Mayor $ 7,500.00 Mayor's Clerk 1,500.00 }City Controller 6,000.00 •Deputy City Controller 2,500.00 Controller's Clerk 1,500.00 - City Clerk 4,800.00 .Deputy City Clerk 2,500.00 I,I -Additional Deputy City Clerk 1,500.00 j 'City Treasurer 6,000.00. One (1) year, and Third Class shall mean such as have served for a period less than Six (6) months. SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
