COYTANY RELATING TO THE ERECTION CONSTRUCTION
IAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF AN INDUSTRIAL SPUR
TRACK ?ITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND OVER,
UPON AND ACROSS KALEY STREET.
BE IT ORDained by the Common Council of the Gity
of South Bend, Indiana.
Section Io
That a contract entered into by and between
the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and
the Chicago, South Shore and South Bend railway Company, on July
I9th. , I927 , relating to the erection, construction, maintenance
and operation of an industrial spur track within the city of South
Bend and over, upon and across Kaley Street be, and the same is hereby
in all things , ratified, confirmed and approved.
Section II.
This Ordinance shall be in full force from and
after its passage.
