ORDINANCE NO. 01 é
AN ORDINANCE ratifying a contract by and between the City of South
Bend , Indiana , by and through it ' s Board of Public Works, and
the Indiana and Michigan Electric Co. , a corporation for the
erection and maintenance of lighting system and the furnishing
of light for Bellevill Addition to the City of South Bend, . Indian a,
entered into on the 28th. , day of June , I927 .
Be it Ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION I.
That the contract dated June 28th. , I927, by and between
the Municipal City of South Bend , Indiana by and through its Board
of Public Works and the Indiana and Michigan Electric Company, a
corporation for the erection and establishment of a street lighting
system and the maintenance thereof, in the City of South Bend, Ind. ,
be and is hereby ratified, confirmed and approved in all respects.
SECTION TWO.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
