Be it ordained by the Comm6n Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of. 4.500.00 be, and the same
is hereby appropriated film the General Fund of the City
of South Bend, Indiana-, to Classification "0" of the De-
partment of Publid Safety with which to pay advertising,
marking, signals and other necessary expenses for putting
