Ironwood Dr South Bend, IN 46613 Quotation was submitted by Gerald Longerot, President QUOTATION: $12,788.00 DUDECK ROOFING & SHEET METAL CO., INC. 1634 Franklin St South Bend, IN 46613 Quotation was submitted by Gregory Dudeck QUOTATION: $12,800.00 MIDLAND ENGINEERING COMPANY, INC. 52369 State Road 933 North South Bend, IN 46637 Quotation was submitted by Frederick J. Helmen, President/CEO QUOTATION: $22,775.00 Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the above Quotations were referred to Wastewater for review and recommendation. After reviewing those quotations, Mr. Jacob Klosinski, Wastewater, recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Slatile Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc., 1703 South Ironwood Drive, South Bend, Indiana 46613, in the amount of $12,788.00. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the quotation be awarded as outlined above. Ms. Maradik seconded the motion, which carried. Helmen, President/CEO QUOTATION: $23,940.00 Upon a motion made by, seconded by and carried, the above Quotations were referred to Wastewater for review and recommendation. Helmen, President/CEO QUOTATION: $15,725.00 Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above Quotations were referred to Wastewater, for review and recommendation.
