Upon a motion made by, seconded by and carried, the above Quotations were referred to
Engineering and Community Investment for review and recommendation. After reviewing those
quotations, Mr. Michael Carey, Engineering, recommended that the Board award the contract to
the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Michiana Contracting, Inc., 7843 Lilac Road,
Plymouth, Indiana 46563, in the amount of $9,400.00. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a motion that
the recommendation be accepted and the quotation be awarded as outlined above. Ms. Maradikd
seconded the motion, which carried.
