BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION ls
That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted June 25, 1927, common-
ly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amend-
ed to read as follows relating to the following described real
estate, to-wit: a (-----

That all 'of-the-realigiAte fronting on West Calvert Street
between the first alley West of Franklin Street and Scott Street,
be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence and "A" Height
and Area, to "D", Light Industrial and "E", Height and Area.

after its passage and legal publication.
