ORDINANCE NO. . o` 774
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE
NO 2331, COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE. '
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2331, adopted by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th
day of June, 1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ord-
inance , be and the same is hereby amended as follows,
to-wit:
That the Height and Area District class-
ification on all--of the property fronting
on East Jefferson Boulevard between South
St. Peter and South Eddy Streets in the
City of South Bend, Indiana,
be and the same is hereby changed from"B"Height and Area
District to "C" Height and Area District.
No other provision of said ordinance, save and
except as to the property herein bounded and described,
shall hereby b'e changed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and legal publication. - .44,..
