AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.2331 KNOWN AS TEE ZONING ORDINANCE
• OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
•
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No.2331 passed by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend on Tune 25, 1923, known as the Zoning Ordinance,. be and the
same is hereby amended so as. to change the following described area from
Class "B" Residence. District and Class "A" Height and Area District to
Class "E" Heavy Industrial District and Class "F" Height and Area District,
to-wit:
The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section
Number Twenty-three (23), Township Thirty-seven (37)
North, Range Three (3) East.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage. and legal publication.
