AN ORDINANCE TO AMID ORDINANCE NO. 2331,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
CHANGING THE ZONING OF ALL PROPERTY
FRONTING ON MIAMI STREET FROM NEW
YORK CENTRAL RAILROAD TRACKS Sol
UTH TO FIRST ALLEY SOUTH OF
WING AVENUE FROM "D" HEIGHT
AND AREA DISTRICT TO "E"
HEIGHT AND AREA DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDINNA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2331, adopted June
25, 1923, be, and the same is, hereby amended by changing
the height and area district of the following described
territory from "D" height and area to "E" height and
area, to-wit;
All property f1onting on Miami Street
from the New York Central Railway south to
the first alley south of Ewing Avenue.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full
Aforce and effect from and after its passage and legal
publication.
