AN ORDINANCE ratifying a contract between
the Board of Public Safety of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, and the Boyer Fire
i Apparatus Company of Logansport, Indiana.
Be it ordained by the Common_Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana: "
Section 1. That a certain contract entered into
between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its
Board of Public Safety, and the Boyer Fire Apparatus Company,
of Logansport, Indiana, on the 23rd day of July, 1928, a
copy of which is hereto attached and made a part of this
ordinance, for one (1) Chemical and Salvage Squad Wagon
with equipment, for the sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred
Ninety Dollars 35,490.00) , be and the same is hereby in
all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage. .
