BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana•
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Forty-eight Hundred Dollars ($4800.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of
the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Finance Department of said
City, with which to pay for the purchase of ground for an Armory
in said City.
SECTION 2. �--
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.

I hereby recommend the enactment of the above and foregoing
Ordinance.
