ORDINANCE NO. 01- 701
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331, ADOPTED JUNE
25. 1923, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
CHANGING THE' TRACT BOUNDED BY EAST JEFFERSON
BOULEVARD, LOGAN STREET. THIRTY-SIXTH STREET
AND MARSHALL AVENUE FROM CLASS "A" RESIDENCE
TO CLASS"e" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance Number 2331, Adopted June 25, 1923,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:
"All of the real estate bounded by East
!, Jefferson Boulevard, Logan Street, Thirty-sixth Street
and Marshall Avenue, be and the same is hereby changed
from "A" Residence to "C" Commercial District. "
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall'be in full force and effect. from
a#ntafter its passage and legal publication.
