ORDINANCE NO. /740
AN ORDINANCE AlNAENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331, ADOPTED
JUNE 25, 1923, COIVONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING OR-
DINANCE BY CHANGING THE ZONING FOR LOTS NUM-
BERED 1, 2, 3,, 46, 47 and 48 FORDHAM AND
LOTS NUMBERED 181, 182. 183. 184, 185
AND 186 IN COLONIAL GARDENS
• BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of June,
1923, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows, to-wit:
That Lots Numbered 1, 2, 3, 46, 47 and 48 Fordham and
Lots Numbered 181, 182, 183, 1847,.185 and 186 in Colonial
Gardens, being all of the lot5on -both sides of Mishawaka
Avenue, between 31st and 32nd Streets, in said,city, be and the
same is hereby changed from Residence 1B"' abd "A" Heights and
Area to "C" Commercial and tDu Heights and Area. No other pro-
vision of said Ordinance, save and except as to the tract herein
described, shall be changed hereby.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from

and after its passage and legal publication.
