AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331 ADOPTED JUNE
25, 1923: CCOMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATIION OF THE REAL
ESTATE FRONTING NORTH ON LINCOLN WAY EAST
BETWEEN CAROLINE STREET AND ELDORA
COURT
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION I.
THat Ordinance Number 2331, adopted June 25, 1923,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby
amended by changing all that portion of the lots which front North
on Lincoln Way East between Caroline Street and Eldora Court from 1
"B^ Residential and "An Height$ and Area Districto to "C" Use and
"Du Heights and Area Districts
' SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and legal publication.
