AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331 COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1. .
That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, on the 25th day of June, 1923, and common-
ly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:

"That all lots fronting on Par Avenue between West
Navarre Street and Riversid6' Drive, which % now "B" Resi-
dence and "B" Height and Area, be and the same *Whereby
changed to "A" Residence and "A" Height and Area District. "
All the other provisions of said Ordinance relating there-
to shall not be changed by this Ordinance.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and legal publication. -,
