AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331 COMMONLY KNOWN
1S THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted by the Common
Council of the said City on the 25th day of June, 1923 and known
as the Zoning Ordinance be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows, to-wit:
1. That the real estate on both sides of Ford Street
from the alley west of Dundee Street west to the east side of
Sheridan Avenue, be and the same is hereby changed from "C"
Commercial and "D" Height and Area District to "B" Residential
and "A" Height and Area District.
2. That the real estate on both sides of West Division
Street from the first alley east of Sheridan Avenue west to the
City Limits, be and the same is hereby changed from "D" Height and
Area District to "E" Height and Area'District.
SECTION 2. - __
This Ordinance shall be in fullNQorce and effect from
and after its passage and legal publication.
