AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331, ADOPTED JUNE 25TH
' 1923. COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE" BY CHANGING
PARTS OF LOTS 32 and 34 IN WNNGER AND KREIGHBAUM'S AD-
DITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. INDIANA, NOT TAKEN
• FOR STREET PURPOSES FROM "B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND
"B" N1 IGHT AND AREA DISTRICT TO "D" USE AND E"
HEIGHT AND AREA DISTRICT
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted June 25th, 1923, com-
monly known as the "Zoning Ordinance" be and the same is hereby amend-
ed by changing all of that portion of Lots Numbered Thirty-two (32)
and Thirty-four (34) in Wenger and Kreighbaum's Addition to the City
of South Bend, Indiana, not taken for street purposes, from "B" Resi-
dence District and "B" Height and Area District to "D" Use and "E"
Height and Area District. ,
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and legal publication.
