ORDINANCE NO. 2' 7
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING A CONTRACT ENTER-
ED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF
PUBLIC WORKS AND THE ST. JOSEPH
VALLEY AVIATION CLUB, INC.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That a contract entered into by and between the Municipal
City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public
Works and the St. Joseph Valley Aviation Club, Inc. , whereby said
Club assigns to said City all its ri g ht; title and interest in and
to a lease for premises now and heretofore used by said Club for
an Air Port and other appurtenances and rights pertaining thereto,
which premises ate to become a Municipal Air Port, and such con-
tract is dated June 25. 1928, a copy of which is hereto attached
and hereby made a ay s
y part'hereoY, be and the same is hereby in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after it passage and approval by the Mayor.
