Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Fifty-eight Hundred Dollars ($5800.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of
City or South Bend, Indiana, to the Department of Public Safety
for the Fire Department for the purchase of a.Combination Chemical
Truck.
Ordinance. Number 2895 approved on May 21st, 1928, but ,
improperly published, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
