Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City Of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION Is
That a pertain contract entered into by and between
the Municipal City Water Department or the City of South Bend,
Indiana, and the Smoger Lumber Company of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, for the erection and construction by said company for -
said Water Works of three well houses, to be erected and construct-
ed upon the grounds of said Department in the southerly part of the
City, a copy of which contract is hereto attached, . marked Exhibit
"A" and hereby made a part of this Ordinance, be and the same is
hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
SECTION
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and signature by--the Mayor.
