Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of

A contract duly entered into on the DV day of Lay ,
1928, by and between the Hinicipai City of South Bend, Indiana ,
by and through its Board of Public jorice and "-San Pascoff,
Incorporated, a Corporation of the State of Indiana, for the

Croodward Avenue , a copy of which contract and blue prints
attached thereto are hereto attached and hereby made a part lieJe-
