GRUBER FOR BEING SELECTED AS THE RECIPIENT OF THE 1986 INDIANA SOCIETY OF ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVES "ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF THE YEAR" AWARD WHEREAS, the Cannon Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, recognizes that Judith A. Gruber was selected as the recipient of the 1986 Indiana Society of Association Executives "Associate Member of the Year" award presented in Indianapolis; and WHEREAS, Judith A. Gruber began her employed with the Century Center in May of 1983 and has served as Director of Sales for the past year; and WHEREAS, the Common Council believes that the City of South Bend is indeed fortunate to have Judith A. Gruber representing the Century Center; and WHEREAS, her professionalism and other fine attributes in sales have garnered her much respect in the meeting/convention industry which benefit our entire Community. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, as follows: SECTION I . On behalf of all of the citizens of the City of South Bend, Indiana, the Common Council hereby publicly commends JUDITH A. GRUBER, for her many contributions to our community and for being selected as the 1986 "Associate Member of the Year" award by the Indiana Society of Association Executives. SECTION II. The Council believes that the hardwork, dedication and professionalism of JUDITH A. GRUBER in her position at the Century Center are excellent examples of time well-spent which have greatly benefited our Community. SECTION III. The Common Council wishes JUDITH A. GRUBER continued success in her profession in the years ahead. SECTION IV.
