AN ORDINANC APPROPRIATING TO SUM, OF SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDRED
( 5 )VITH WHICH ID REPAIR THE SOUTH OF THE SORIN
STREET SEWER
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION is
That the sum of Seventy-five Hundred Dollars ($7500.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Board of Pub-
lic Works, with which to repair the mouth of the Sorin: Street
Sewer.
SECTION L
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
