AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,258.45 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO TH E FINANCE DEPARTMENT FOR EXPENSES
IN CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NUMBER 1915.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty-eight Dollars
and Forty-five Cents ($1258.45) be and the same is hereby trans-
ferred from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
' to the Finance Department of said city for the purpose of paying
expenses incurred in,th qp ng nd widening of Palmer Boulevard
from McKinley Street to aSalle Avenue under Condemnation Resolu-
tion Number 1915, which expenses are as follows:
David C. Gibson - For Services rendered City
as Real Estate expert $ 450.00

Ralph C. Osborne 'K ct 250.00
Bugbee, Schock and Jackson - Abstract Work. . . . 108.45
SECTION 2.
