` AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING A RESOLUTION KNOWN AS A REVISION
OF MODIFIED RESOLUTION NUMBER FOUR FOR GRADE SE- !
PARATION AT SOUTH BEND. INDIANAY
;- BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
4. That, WHEREAS, on the 21st day of November, 1928,
the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
! adopted and confirmed a Resolution known as a revision of
modified Resolution Number Four (4) , with regard to separation
of grades at South Bend, Indiana, of the Grand Trunk Western
Railway Company and the New York Central Railroad Company, a
copy of which Resolution is hereto attached, markedEkhibit nA"
and hereby made a part of this Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, after notice and hearing duly given and had
a ,
as provided by law, the said Board of Public Works, did on the
2nd day of January, - 1929, duly approve and confirm said resolution;

WHEREAS, by said Resolution, adopted on said 21st day

NOW, THEREFORE, said Resolution known as a revision 1.

confirmed and approved.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
