AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING A CONTRACT ENTERED
INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE BOARD OF WATER WORKS COM-
MISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. INDIANA
AND WHITCOMB AND KELLER. A CORPORATION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of •
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That a contract designated tiSupplemental Agreement"
entered into by and between the Board of Water Works Commissioners
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Whitcomb and Keller, A Cor-
poration, dated the day of December, 1928, which contract is
supplemental to a certain contract theretofore, to-wit, on November
19th, 1928, entered into by and between said parties and relating
to the purchase of real estate and easements for water works pur-
poses in the East Half (E2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of
Section Twenty-four (24) , Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range

SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
