AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 16.441. 45 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR PAYMENT OF EXPENSES IN
REPAIRING NORTH MAIN STREET SEWERZ REPAIR OF SEWER IN OLIVE
STREET AND BUILDING OF MAN HOLES AND LAYING OF CATCH
BASINS IN IRVINGTON AVENUE AND REPAIR OF CLYDE
STREET SEWER

Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-
five Dollars and Seventy-two Cents ($5,725.72) be and the same is
hereby transferred _ from the General Fund of said City to the Board
of Public Works Department Repair Street, Alleys and Sewers H-18,
for the payment of expenses incurred in the repairing of the North
Main Street Sewer.
SECTION 2_
That the sum of Three Hundred and Forty-three Dollars
and Fifty-three Cents (5345.55) be and the same is hereby trans-
ferred from the General Fund to the Department of Public Works for
the payment of expenses incurred in the repairing of sewer in Olive -.I
Street.
SECTION 3.
That the sum of Two Hundred and Sixty-three Dollars and
Eighty-four Cents ($263.84) be and the same is hereby transferred
from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the
Department of Public Works for the purpose of building man holes
and laying catch basin pipe in Irvington Avenue.
SECTION 4.
That the sum of Three Hundred and Seventy-two Dollars and
Twenty Cents ($372. 20) be and the same is hereby transferred from
the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Depart-
ment of the Board of Public Works for the purpose of paying for
repairs of sewer in Clyde Street.
, SECTION 5.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage. ; - -
