AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM ONE DEPARTMENT
OF THE CEMETERY FUND TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT OF
THE SAME FUND

Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00) j
be and the same is hereby transferred from Repair and Equipment
Department N-6 to General Supply N-9, in the City Cemetery Fund.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
