AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING, CONFII iviING AND APPROVING
A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, NDIANA, AND THE TOWN OF
ROSELAND, INDIANA.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of South Bends Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That a contract made and entered into by and
between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and hrough its
Board of Public Safety, and the Town of Roselan , by and
through its Board of Trustees, a copy of which contract is
hereto attached and hereby made a part of this Ordinance, is
- hereby ratified, confirmed and approved."

SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in fullforce and effect
from and after its passage and the date sated in said contract,
1 to-wit, /O 4- day of - 928.
