ORDINANCE NO. oA 7 21
AN ORDINANCE GIVING AND TRANSFERRING TAE CARE AND CONTROL OF
ANGELA AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, UNTO
THE BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION I.
That Angela Avenue, a street extending from Portage
Avenue to Notre Dame Avenue in the City of South Bend, Indiana,
E be and the same is hereby transferred unto the jurisdiction and
control Of the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, and the said Board is hereby given full power and
authority to improve, .repair- ;.control, and do all other things
necessary and requisite for the creation, maintenance and pre-
servation of said street as a boulevard and as a part of the
boulevard system of said city, all as authorized by the Statutes
of the State of Indiana creating Boards of Park Commissioners in
cities of the second class.
SECTION 2.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
