AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM ONE SUB-DEPARTMENT
TO ANOTHER SUB-DEPARTMENKTN THE DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC WORKS
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of 1
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) be
and the same is hereby transferred from Appropriation known as
No. H-17 Sidewalk Repairs to appropriation known as No. H-11
Gas and Light for City Hail, all in the Department of Public Works.
SECTION 2.
That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be trans-
ferred from appropriation known as No. H-17 Sidewalk Repairs to
appropriation known as No. H- 6 .Appraisers Fees, all in the Depart-
ment of Public Works.
SECTION 3.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
