AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 3200.00 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. IND A,_ TO THE DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR ITS PRINTING FUND FOR LEGAL ADVER-
TISEMENT
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Thirty-two Hundred Dollars ($3200.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of
the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department of Public
Yorks for its Printing Fund for Legal Advertisement.
• SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage andepproval by the Mayor.
